Returns & Refunds

How to return an order or request a refund.

We want you to be happy with every order. If something is not right, email service@a1greensystems.com or call 404-609-4179 within 30 days of delivery and we will put it right.

What we need from you

  • Your order number, from the receipt Square emailed you
  • What was wrong — a photo helps if an item arrived damaged

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Card refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
